18 months ago 2020ACC began to develop a new configurable concept for care. The vast number of organisations struggling to find the right software inspired the design of Home Care Software or HCS.
HCS is based on a monthly subscription model (for Operational Expenditure) for care providers of all size and complexity. It is hosted by Australian Azure. The Government push to have a more complete picture of client care and allow them to transparently view the care will be a key factor in the CDC and NDIS changes next year.
HCS provides a quoting capability as part of the referral and using our fully functional Windows tablet HCS Field Application is used to complete assessments and even have documents signed by the client.
The field application is designed to be robust and independent without internet connectivity. All addresses in the system are geocoded so start/stop and locations are stored and client data is stored in the clinical notes document library, which is fully searchable.
The revolutionary HCS Client portal allows the client to see all of their care episodes, statements, budgets, and observations. Through the use of self-directed care, they can add family members to use the site or a GP with a one-time password to view their care record. HCS provides a complete picture of care, providing specialists and agencies with a profile of the client and their requirements.
The Field Application includes the ability to take and store images directly into the system. 3D wound management on the HCS Field application enable clinicians and family to see progress or decline and change the care plan accordingly.
2020 ACC has visionary ideas for Care in Australia. In Q3 2017 we will introduce wearable devices, and internet or things (IoT) monitoring from clients’ homes, providing better clinical care and management, keeping Australians at home longer, which is what the next generation of Australians (and other countries ) want.
