(URGENT) Upgrade to Partner

We currently finish development and require the standard Knox SDK.
I have requested for an upgrade to Partner status 2 weeks ago. 
But i have not yet received a reply.
I have only filled up the "Upgrade to Partner" form. 
Is there anything else in the process of upgrading to the Partner status which i may have missed?
