We are just getting started with Knox Manage and I am looking for help on interpreting alerts in the service overview area.  First, if this is not the correct forum please direct me to one that is associated with Knox Manage.

I'd like to know things like what the difference is between a FailedPolicyResult and a FaultPolicyResult.  Also when the failed policy result is 'Not Supported Sdk Version', which SDK are they referring to?  Is it the version of the knoxsdk.jar or the version of Knox itself embedded in the device?  We write code exclusively for the SM-T280 tablet.

For Knox Manage questions, please refer to support here https://support.samsungknox.com/hc/en-us, and create a ticket if needed. As for your second question, supported SDK version refers to the Knox version of the device itself.

I don't suppose there is a forum over at samsungknox?  That ticket (case?) creation process is not very straight forward.  I don't have time to look up model codes, build numbers etc. to ask simple quetsions.
