Error generating KPE key

I'm trying to generate a KPE key but I keep receiving an error message after accepting the terms.

You're not the only one - this is an onging problem for at least the last few days - there are a lot of devs who were able to generate keys over the last few days, but the key provided by Samsung was a KLM03 key, instead of KLM06 key, and devs apps were crashing. There was and still is no way to revoke the existing KLM03 key, and it doesn't appear to matter, since no one is even able to generate new keys regardless. 
I'm not big on bashing, and I know problems happen, but it seems to me that an origanization the size and capabilities of Samsung should be able to resolve this issue relatively quickly ?

I just don't understand how this could be taking this long to fix? I would think it should be a simple fix, but I guess they are probably looking for a needle in a haystack right now.

Hi everyone,

As of Feb 1 at 8:17 pm PST, this issue has been resolved. Keys are no longer being generated as KLM03 and new dev keys can be generated. Thank you all again for your patience.
