Error: Creating KPE key fails

When creating a KNOX PLATFORM FOR ENTERPRISE (KPE) KEY, it will always fail with a message saying 'Error in generating license key.'. The terms and conditions will show up and I proceed by clicking 'Accept' but it still fails.

Has anyone else had this problem? Have you managed to solve it?

Hi Lee,

We have been able to reproduce your issue and are currently working on a fix. I will provide an update on this post when the issue has been resolved. As well, we will notify users through the Dashboard Notification (the first screen you will see when you login to SEAP).

The issue has been resolved as of this morning at 3:00 AM UTC. License key generation now works.
