Can't activate with existing licence or create a new licence

Hi, Today I tried to activate a previously generated licence but get an error(with that licence in the past I could do it) and when I tried to generate a new one I can't.

Thanks in advance...

The license key list page looks like the keys are broken to me.  I have the same problem, requested several keys today but they just aren't working.  License name and alias are blank.  Status is a black dot, should be green.  Issued date is blank.  Expiration says "Never Expires" when it should be 3 months.  This is for a standard KPE license.  The Backwards Compatibile licenses don't seem to have this problem as I see them activate and they can be revoked.  But any newly requested KPE licenses are broken.

Hi Federico,

What error do you see when you try to activate your license?

Is your license still valid? You can check this by going to https://seap.samsung.com/license-keys-list and checking the date under the column 'Expiration'.

When you try to generate a new license, what error message do you see?

Regards,

Jay

As John Richard points, the panel was broken but now it seems to be OK, the strange thing is that I had to upload again the apk to associate it to the licence, but after doing that it activates OK.

I also confirm the panel looks to be working today.

All developer requested keys now start with KLM09.  This seems strange as KLM09 has indicated proction keys in the past while KLM06 should be for development keys.  Not sure if there is still a problem with they keys or if this is just a change.

Hi,

There was an issue in the backend that was causing  all KPE Development keys to be KLM09. Due to the key starting with KLM09, it also required package binding.
This issue has now been resolved. KPE Development keys are now KLM06 again and don't require package binding.

Best Regards,

Jay
