Always getting "Error invalid license" after integrating ELM Key.

Hi,

I have downloaded Sample Apps like "Enable/Disable Apps" and "Get Application Information" from SEAP portal.
And also added generated ELM Key (KNOX Standard SDK keys) within Sample App Source code.
But some how am always getting error message as "Error invalid license".

Here is my device information:
Build Number: J500FNXXU0AOF1
KNOX Version: 2.4
Standard SDK: 5.4.0

Could you please help figure out what is going on?

Hi Nikhil,

We have few additional questions for you.

1. Can you please confirm that your elm key is valid?

2. Does this issue occur on other device?

3. Does this issue occur in other app?

4. Which error code is received in license receiver?

5. Have you tried to use other elm key?

Hi Kamil,

1. Can you please confirm that your elm key is valid?
- Am using the EML Key which is under section License Keys > KNOX Standard SDK keys > Type: Enterprise License Key (Development)

2. Does this issue occur on other device?
- I tried with one more device and all the sample apps are working fine on it.
Device Specification:
Mobile: Galaxy Grand Prime 
Build No: LRX22G.G530HXXU2BOH7
KNOX Version: 2.4
Standard SDK: 5.4.0

So could you please help me understand why the app is not working on previous device which supports KNOX(Galaxy J5)? 

3. Does this issue occur in other app?
- Yes. I tried with other Sample apps like "ELM License Activation" and "Get Application Network Stats" mentioned on your SEAP Portal under Sample Apps section.

4. Which error code is received in license receiver?
- Error Code: 201

5. Have you tried to use other elm key?
- You mean to say other than KNOX Standard SDK keys?
  Well in other Keys section meaning KNOX Premium SDK keys/KNOX Customization SDK keys/Samsung EDU SDK keys/KNOX Tizen Standard SDK keys, 
  License Key is same as mentioned in KNOX Standard SDK keys.

Hi,

There is one thing that has to be checked before we ask you for logs. Please provide us following values from download mode.

You can set the phone into Download mode with the following steps:
1.) Turn the device off.
2.) Press and hold the Volume Down key.
3.) Press and hold the Home key.
4.) Press and hold the Power key.
5.) After 3 seconds, the device should boot with a message similar to: "Warning!! A custom OS can cause..."
6.) Press the Volume Up key to continue.
7.) At the top left of the screen in small font, read the following value:
Product Name:
Current Binary:
System Status:
KNOX WARRANTY VOID:
