Transitioning from SEAP to the Knox Partner Program

We are excited to announce an evolution of the Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program (SEAP).
In October, we will begin the transition to Samsung’s new global B2B partner program – the Samsung Knox Partner Program. This is an evolution of the SEAP program, adding more resources and opportunities for direct support and connections globally with Samsung.

We are updating the program to deliver more value to our B2B business partners and to better align with our Enterprise and overall B2B initiatives under our Samsung Knox brand. By doing this we can create more business and marketing opportunities for our partners, and work together to ultimately drive more sales.

As an existing SEAP Developer or Partner, there are no immediate actions for you to take at this time. We are working to ensure the transition to the new program will be as smooth as possible. More program details will be communicated in our next SEAP newsletter, at the end of August.

We thank you for your continued support and partnership.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Samsung will deprecate KPE features duplicated in AE

Partners and enterprise customers using to-be-deprecated KPE features are highly encouraged to switch to AE features as soon as possible, and invest in the new KPE product to take advantage of its advanced security, granular manageability, and enhanced usability features.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Changes to Knox Remote Control

If you are using our Knox Remote Control APIs, we recommend that you work with your enterprise app developers to make necessary changes to their apps so that they can be remotely viewed for enterprise support and troubleshooting purposes.
